Ashley Schneider PT, DPT

Co-founder of CHAINWORK, Dr. Schneider received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to earning his doctorate, he spent 3 years as a physical therapist tech in Homestead, FL under the supervision of a world arm wrestling champion physical therapist. Dr. Schneider graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology at the University of Florida where he implemented strength training programs, general health screening tests, and physicals for the faculty/staff and Gainesville Police Department.

Dr. Schneider began his career as a physical therapist at a clinic in Miami, FL with an emphasis in OP/sports orthopedics where he specialized in treating various musculoskeletal disorders. He had the opportunity to work with several athletes of all backgrounds; the NFL, NBA, Miami City Ballet, USA Olympic Sailing, USA Olympic Martial Arts, Professional Crossfit, Triathletes, Iron Man, USTA, and NCAA Division I Football. Dr. Schneider also had the opportunity to create and provide treatment programs for individuals in the 2017 NFL Combine who later went on to be drafted into the NFL.

In Addition to OP/sports orthopedics, Dr. Schneider has also spread his passion of care to hospitals, treating patients with a wide variety of traumatic illnesses, CVAs, spinal cord injuries, and post-op procedures. During this time, he has advanced his skill set in gait and balance disorders as well as treating various neurological conditions.

Dr. Schneider takes pride in helping people at all levels of care and taking on new challenges daily. He has a strong background in manual therapy and is actively engaged in the most up to date research on treatment approaches and applications. With his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing in various recreational sports, traveling, working out, and giving back to the community.
